A heat-resistant hose protection sleeve

The Safe-Fire hose protection sleeve is designed to protect hoses, wires and cables from molten metal splash, high heat hazards and occasional exposure to flame. This hose protection sleeve is used in environments where components are exposed to high temperatures, such as steel plants, foundries, mining operations, offshore settings, aerospace industries, and cutting and welding shops.

Made from polyamide (PA) with a polyurethane (PUR) coating, the Safe-Fire sleeve ensures durability and optimal protection against heat.
Provides a protective barrier from molten metal splash or exposure to flames.
The Safe-Fire hose protection sleeve ensures the safety of the components it covers.
Offers impressive heat resistance and can withstand continuous temperatures of up to 260°C, and short bursts of extreme heat up to 1,000°C for 20 minutes and 1,600°C for 30 seconds.
Available in the colour red.

Note: For additional sealing, the Safe-Fire tape (art. no SFS-TE3) is made from 100% silicone rubber, offering heat resistance of +260° C in continuous exposure. This tape is designed to seal the ends of the hose protection wrap and is available in 3m rolls.
