Example from practice

“Your colleague from the marketing agency is standing next to you with a scheduling request.”

What will you do?

First, determin from your calendar whether you have time to tackle this right away. If not, communicate a later date with the marketing agency. Can you get on with it? Then gather all the information you need to plan. You thoroughly read the input provided to you and determine whether additional material is needed. You then create the schedule, taking into account tasks that require several people. You report on your various steps in the logbook where you keep track of all your assignments.

Growth path

During your internship, you will get to know our five European offices and interact regularly with our partners in the United States. This will give you the opportunity to expand your international skills and network. You will also work with various marketing agencies on a variety of issues. Depending on growth and development, there are opportunities for advancement at Caplugs and chances of a permanent position.
