The screw stopper SL with thread is a precision-engineered product, designed for thread protection in a range of applications, including protecting threads and components in CNC machines, automotive assembly lines, hydraulic systems, and oil and gas equipment production.
- Made from the standard polypropylene (PP) material and suitable for use in a wide range of temperatures. For extreme temperatures, or when specific chemical stabilities are required, versions made from polyamide (PA) 6 and polyamide (PA) 6.6 are available.
- In the automotive industry, the product ensures that threads remain uncontaminated before the installation of bolts or other threaded components during engine block assembly.
- Can be mounted manually or with designated tools, and is also adaptable for use with a slotted screwdriver or a hex spanner head.
- Designed for easy insertion into threaded holes, ensuring a tight fit without causing damage.
- Protects threads on CNC machine components, in hydraulic machinery and equipment or in the oil and gas industry during maintenance or when changing components.
- Also available with a shorter thread, which saves time in production.
- Available in the colours red, white or yellow.
