A versatile textile hose protector

The Safe-Wrap textile hose protector offers enhanced protection against mechanical abrasion for hydraulic hoses. It is fast and easy to install on hose assemblies, even post-assembly, making it a cost-effective solution for hose protection and hose bundling.

  • Made from polyamide (PA) with a polyurethane (PUR) coating, ensuring durability and optimal protection against wear and tear.
  • The wrap comes with Velcro®-brand fasteners, allowing for secure attachment and easy adjustments.
  • The hose protection wrap has excellent tensile strength, meeting the EN ISO 13934-1 standard.
  • It also fulfils the demands of standard ISO 3457 (pinhole–approved).
  • The fabric of the Safe-Wrap is 100% water repellent, meeting the EN 24920 standard.
  • The hose protector is designed to function efficiently in a temperature range from -20°C to +120°C.
  • Available in the colour black.

Note: This product is tailor-made, and we can offer you different solutions by adding, for example, mounting eyelets and/or bundling straps.

  • Dimensions: Standard diameters ID 20mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm and 150mm. Other diameters (from ID 20mm to 400mm in 5mm intervals) are available on request. Standard roll lengths are 10m and 25m. Other roll lengths up to 50m and all fixed lengths (Minimum order quantities apply) are produced postorder.
