Safe-Strip
Facilitates the handling of long and heavy hoses
The Safe-Strip makes it easier and safer to handle long and/or heavy hoses by bundling them together. The product is advantageous when mounting spirals on a hose bundle, as it speeds up the process when the hoses are tied together. Safe-Strip bundling straps are convenient for multi-hose bundles and can be multiple times.
- Made from hard-wearing polypropylene (PP).
- Safe-Strip text is woven with blue yarn.
- Safe-Strips are available with either Velcro®-brand fasteners or a quick-release buckle.
- Average breaking strength of 3,200N.
- Temperature range from -40°C to +80°C.
- Tailor-made lengths are available on request.
- Customisation is available upon request, for example, with a customer name, logo, and/or brand colour.
- Available in different variations, with or without Velcro fasteners, mounting eyelets, or a quick-release buckle.
- Standard colour is with blue text.
The three variations of Safe-Strips:
- Safe-Strip 1: With Velcro® fasteners and a mounting eyelet.
- Safe-Strip 2: With Velcro® fasteners without a mounting eyelet.
- Safe-Strip 3: With a quick-release stainless steel buckle.
The versions Safe-Strip 1 and Safe-Strip 2 with Velcro® fasteners have a stainless
steel buckle. The width of the band is 40mm. The sales unit for these products is
10pcs/size.
The version Safe-Strip 2 has a quick-release buckle. The width of the band is 25mm.
The straps benefit from a taper-cut edge, which makes threading into the buckle
easier. There is also a loop to hold the band end. The sales unit for Safe-Strip with a
quick-release buckle is 25 pcs/size.
Note: Plastic cable ties should not be used to bundle hydraulic hoses because they
may wear out the hose surface.
