The Safe-Spiral DUO is a distinctive spiral hose protection product with a dual-colour design to aid the swift identification of hoses, especially when time is of the essence. These plastic hose protectors are used in various industries, including construction, agriculture, transportation, mining, and logging.
- Made of high density polyethylene (HDPE), for durability and longevity.
- Two-colour version of Safe-Spiral.
- Due to the spiral cut, the hose wrap is extremely flexible, making it easy to install.
- Produced by double extrusion.
- Protect hydraulic and pneumatic hoses against abrasion, blows, and general wear and tear.
- Economic advantage because the hoses last longer, and the number of work delays caused by hose ruptures decreases.
- Tolerates frost and heat from -50°C to +80°C (continuous) and +100°C (shortterm), and is resistant to acids, oils and solvents.
- Contains an antistatic additive.
- Suitable to use with equipment operating across extreme temperature ranges.
- Due to the dual colour, the spiral hose wrap is ideally suited for industries where rapid hose identification is necessary to prevent costly mistakes.
