The KAP 819-GAS is a particularly robust, reinforced plastic threaded cap with knurls, for gas threads. It is predominately used in the petrochemical sector, offering precision gas thread protection for pipe ends.

  • Made from high-grade polyamide (PA) 6 + glass-filled (GF) 50% material and
    thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) for the gasket, ensuring long-lasting durability.
  • Provides optimal protection for gas threads, enhancing system safety.
  • Easy to remove and install due to knurled ribs, even when wearing gloves.
  • Ensures secure gas connections, preventing leaks and maintaining system integrity.
