Venting Nipple Mask
The PTM-SH Series thread mask is contoured to protect internally-threaded tubing ends from coating material entry. The design has an outer rib to increase grip on internal threading. A tear-away venting nipple releases gas build-up during curing processes, to minimise risk of imperfections. Effective protection continues at high temperature.
Material: Ultrabake™ (VMQ)
Temperature Resistance: 315°C / 600°F
*Stays watertight if the venting feature is not removed.
